We met Frank when he responded to an emergency call to repair our oil burner. Frank came on time and repaired the defect as soon as the part was available. Frank's price was fair and he was very pleasant to work with. He responds to emails 100% of the time. We subsequently used Frank to convert our home to gas heat and to run the line for a gas fireplace. Again, all the work was done on time, his prices were very fair and the work was professional and very clean. Frank is very knowledgeable about heating systems and didn't try to over-sell us. It is nice having a plumber you can trust. We will use him again.

My Navien water heater suddenly stopped working on Thursday. There was no heat or hot water. So I Googled a heating company. The technician came and told me he thought the pump needed replacing. But after wasting my four hours, he made the hot water system worse. He couldn't even find the problem. He finally told me he couldn't help any more and asked me to call Navien for help. Then I found Frank on Google, and he fixed everything for me in just 30 minutes. He's such a professional!

We have been using this company for years now. Back in our old house and now at our new house. Originally we had a few estimates given to us to see what would be more cost effective and Franks was most reasonable and fair. We had an indirect hot water heater, burner and whole new boiler installed yesterday. They did a really great job and were very efficient. They also changed out all our valves in the house a couple weeks ago. They are very responsive when we call or text. I would highly recommend them.

Frank has done two jobs for me so far. He bid on a boiler replacement and ended up coming in the most competitive amongst 3 bids. He isn't a big company- so what you see is what you get. But that's also the benefit of using a small business. You know who's coming to your house and he's the owner. Frank replaced the boiler without any issue. I also called him one morning when there was a leak in my kitchen. He was able to come down the same day (or it would have been the following) to fix it. Frank is an honest guy and does a great job. I won't hesitate to call him again and recommend him to my friends.
